Who We Are

We are here to partner.

At Blue Bridge the future is exciting! We believe that it is a place of possibility and the destination of dreams. Usually it looks like hope, potential, and imagination, bound together by optimism for what’s to come.

But for parents of children with Autism, the future can feel foggy. For many, it’s filled with more fear than excitement, more worry than hope. When just getting through the day can seem like a challenge, thinking past tomorrow can seem impossible. Long-term vision is often traded for the immediate practicality of right now.

Doing the best they can with the tools they have, parents and teachers set plans to help, guide and evaluate along the way. But these children often need more pointed guidance and specialists who can help bridge the gap in their learning and set them up for future success.

Our team members are extremely important and help us accomplish our goals.

Here at Blue Bridge we strive to find and train the very best to work with our families. Our staff has a passion to facilitate growth and enrich the lives of the individuals and their families.

At Blue Bridge, we value relationships, which means more consistent care for families and peace of mind for everyone.

Bri Kuhatschek / Founding Partner, BCBA

Meet Bri! Bri has been working with individuals with various needs for over 10 years. She began her career as a special education teacher before transitioning to direct inclusive camp experiences at SpringHill. In 2017, Bri recognized a reoccurring gap that existed when behaviors overshadowed a learner’s potential. She decided to follow her passion and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to propel the mission that everyone has the ability to learn when we respect the dignity of what they have to offer.

She has worked for community mental health and led other local ABA programs. Bri has a unique gift to service young children all the way through adulthood and is our go-to when working with adolescents and young adults.

“We exist so that families and their communities can grow together and so that those which we serve can share their abilities to make our world a better place. We start in the home, but our goal is always to generalize beyond those walls.“

Erin Matlosz / Founding Partner, BCBA-D

Meet Erin! Erin is a fully licensed clinical psychologist and BCBA-D. She has been working with children and adolescents in the mental and behavioral health field for over 15 years. Erin spent several years of her career working at a local private practice where she provided outpatient therapy to families and individuals ranging in age from 18 months to 18+ years, presenting with a variety of concerns. While working in this setting, Erin began to specialize in working with individuals identified as being on the Autism Spectrum. She realized that there was a substantial need for therapy in the child and family’s natural environment, including home, school, and daycare settings, and this led her to develop and lead an Applied Behavior Analysis program.

Erin’s passion is working with children from the early toddler years through early elementary, helping to teach and foster independence with the skills needed to be successful not only at home but in mainstream educational and community settings. She strives to make the therapy experience low-stress and fun for the child. Erin specializes in early verbal behavior approaches to treatment and is our go-to for our youngest learners.

“We believe in a family- and community-centered approach to therapy. ABA is unique in that it can be provided in an individual’s natural environment, promoting skill development in areas most crucial to maximizing an individual’s potential and improving their quality of life.”

Dani Cool / Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Meet Dani! Dani began working with individuals with autism at the age of 12 when she would volunteer alongside her mother. Being involved in the ASD community has always felt natural for Dani and ultimately prompted her to pursue an educational opportunity that provided more strategies to connect with kids and families.

Since becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Dani has been an ally and advocate for individuals in the school, community, and home settings. Her passion for connection fuels her to create opportunities for others to engage with the autistic population in a social capacity while supporting access to new experiences for those with ASD.

“ABA allows us to work closely with parents in every aspect of a kid’s life.  I love that we can narrow down one socially significant behavior and target it in a variety of settings so that individuals and their families can build strong relationships with each other.”
